  Answer: Payments are done through the Stripe portal, in which you can make the payment, potentially using different methods, depending on your country. If you don't have availability of any of the payment forms provided by Stripe, you can contact us to arrange a different path (Paypal, bank transfer, wire transfer or different payment apps)

• Question: Is my payment refundable?
  
  Answer: You can cancel you membership at ANY time. Upgrades from the Free Trial tier are non-refundable. Payments are non-refundable after 7 days for any other tier. Notice that the refunds get the AI credits deducted, meaning that your refund (if it applies) corresponds to the fee paid minus the usage API credits.
